After you have successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email that contains the details of your order.

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check the entered email address or contact Customer Service.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm AUT.

  • Shipping fees will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below $50 after discounts are applied. Free shipping with order over $50 is only applied to orders in Australia.

  • Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Australian public holidays).

  • Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.

  • Address cannot be changed once order is paid, Lejoi is not liable for incorrect address in the invoice.

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident with the quality of our products, we know they are not for everyone. If for any reasons you don’t absolutely love them, simply email us at contact@lejoi.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full.

We required proof of purchase to process refunds. You can provide proof of purchase by informing us of your order number, or via the email used for your purchase. Upon verifying your purchase and receiving the returned products, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days. Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Lejoi.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we have a 30-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Item must be in its original purchase condition
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Lejoi.

If all the requirements mentioned are met, contact Customer Service with your order number and the item you wish to return. Refunds will be in a form of a Lejoi credit voucher to be used on your next online purchase.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or if there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please have the following details on hand:

- Image of Item/parcel(s) received
- Name of Item
- Order Number

LEJOI HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT UNSOLICITED PRODUCTS, IF NECESSARY.

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.

Please do not dispose/throw away the items as they need to be returned to Lejoi.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, And Other Content

Due to sanitary purposes, Lejoi products are non-refundable.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not itself as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Order Amendments/Cancelations

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.
